14. What should I do if I want to decline the bid due to various reasons?

If the bid is not submitted by the deadline for submitting the bid, it is considered that the bid has been declined, so it is not necessary to submit a "decline".

However, if you decline the bid again, please submit the "Rejection Letter" by the electronic bidding system or in writing, depending on the bidding method.
