Points of 2014 financial results (consolidated)

1. In the Expressway business, operating revenue was 1,313.2 billion yen (up 245.3 billion yen from the previous fiscal year) due to an increase in toll revenue and an increase in the completion of road assets due to the opening of new Joban Expressway. It was.
   On the other hand, operating expenses amounted to ¥ 1,026.8 billion (an increase of ¥ 240.7 billion from the previous fiscal year) due to an increase in road asset rent and an increase in the cost of completing road assets due to new opening of Joban Expressway. .
   As a result, the Expressway business recorded operating income of 4.3 billion yen (operating loss of 300 million yen in the previous year).
2. Due to the impact of the Expressway business, operating income and net income for all businesses increased year on year.
   • Operating profit for all businesses: 6.8 billion yen (operating income of 3.2 billion yen in the previous year)
   • Net income 10.2 billion yen (previous year 2.2 billion yen net income)
