This time, the following persons (hereinafter referred to as “rejection request persons”) from the Organized Crime Countermeasures Department Third Section Manager of the Metropolitan Police Department to the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism are actually managed by gang members. On September 29, 2009, it was revealed by the announcement of the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism that the fact that there was a request for exclusion from public works, etc.

After confirming the details with the Metropolitan Police Department, we conducted an investigation into the contracts with the target person of the exclusion request, and as a result, the target person of the exclusion request is a qualified person participating in competition for our investigation and the request for exclusion. It was revealed that there was one outsourcing contract under contract with the target person.

For this reason, the qualifications for participation in competitions such as surveys were canceled on September 29, 2009, and for business consignment contracts, on September 30, 2009, based on the contract cancellation clause and penalty claim clause stipulated in the contract. I canceled the contract and charged a penalty.

In addition, the Company's group companies also canceled contracts under contract with the target person of the exclusion request.

We will continue to resolutely respond to antisocial forces and groups that pose a threat to civil society.
