NEXCO EAST is pleased to inform you that we have reviewed the criteria for low bid price survey for construction work to be ordered as follows.
調査基準価格の算定方法
The method of calculating the survey reference price is reviewed as shown in the figure below.
However, if the total amount exceeds 9/10 of the contract price limit, the amount of 9/10 is used, and if it is less than 7/10, the amount of 7/10 is used as the survey standard. Price and
Date of application
It will be applied from the time of construction that issues a bid announcement after May 1, 2009.
