Since August 2009, NEXCO EAST will post and open bids by electronic bidding (*1) for all construction and surveys.
However, if we find it difficult to rely on electronic bidding from the viewpoint of securing competition, we will post the bids and open the bid in combination with electronic bidding and postal bidding (*2) or by postal bidding.
