Improvement of comprehensive evaluation bidding method and low bid price survey in construction

NEXCO EAST, a comprehensive bidding method (addition method) that comprehensively evaluates technology and price to determine the winning bidder in order to ensure appropriate quality of construction, and low bid price survey as a measure against damping orders We have implemented the system.

Based on revisions such as the "Guidelines for Measures for Achieving Appropriate Public Works Bidding and Contracts" (H23.8) and analysis and verification results based on past operations, a more appropriate quality and construction system, etc. In order to secure the following, we improved the comprehensive evaluation bidding system and low bid price survey system as follows.

As a general rule, it will be applied from the construction of making a bid announcement after July 1, 2012.

1 Improvement of comprehensive evaluation bidding method (addition method)

2 Improvement of low bid price survey system
