NEXCO EAST will continue to implement special measures (Large uses) for advance payments for construction projects in 2024.
Eligible down payments
Advance payments for construction contracts to be newly concluded between April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2025, which will be paid out between 2024 April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2025.
Details of Large use
Large the use of the prepayment and include the expenses required for the construction work, such as site management expenses and general management expenses.
