The Higashi-Kanto Expressway Yatsu Funabashi Interchange (IC) will open at 15:00 on September 20, 2013 (Friday).
At the time of opening the IC, we will not announce the opening ceremony to commemorate the opening of the IC, considering the risk of traffic jams and accidents on the surrounding roads.
