Notice of closure of Kita-Kanto Expressway Moka IC-Utsunomiyagami Mikawa IC (bound west)

NEXCO EAST Utsunomiya Management Office (Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture) is closed from 22:00 to 24:00 on Thursday, March 19, 2015 due to a traffic accident investigation on the Kita-Kanto Expressway (2 hours)

2 Detour

Exit the Moka IC and head toward Utsunomiya/Motegi.
Take the second branch on National Route 408 (Kinu Techno Street) toward “Sparrow Palace” (Prefectural Route 193) and turn left at the “Moka IC Kita” intersection.
Turn right at the "Kinugaoka" intersection. Turn left at the "Miyaokabashi Higashi" intersection. Cross the Kinugawa (Miyaokabashi) and go straight along the prefectural road 193. At the "Akahori" intersection, turn right toward "Utsunomiya/Kita-Kanto Expressway" and take Prefectural Road 320. At the National Highway No. 4 bypass intersection, turn left toward "Oyama-Kita Kanto Road". Continue straight ahead and enter Utsunomiya Kami-Mikawa IC.
