【C4】首都圏中央連絡自動車道　菅生トンネルにおける非常用設備の誤動作について

　NEXCO東日本関東支社（さいたま市大宮区）は平成29年8月28日23時46分にC4首都圏中央連絡自動車道　菅生トンネルにおいて、非常用設備の誤動作により「トンネル内進入禁止」措置を実施し、多くのお客さまにご迷惑をおかけしましたことをお詫び申し上げます。

1．発生事象

　今回の事象は、首都圏中央連絡自動車道　日の出IC?青梅IC間にある菅生トンネルにて非常用設備の誤動作が発生し、トンネル内進入禁止措置を外回りで23時46分〜23時49分の3分間、内回りで23時46分〜23時49分の3分間実施したものです。

As a result of checking the site, it was determined that there was no fire and that it was a malfunction.

This has caused many customers an inconvenience.

2．今後の対応

We are currently investigating the cause of the malfunction of the emergency equipment that caused the malfunction, and will take appropriate measures as soon as the cause is identified.
