災害ボランティア車両の高速道路の無料措置について（令和7年10月16日現在）
Currently, we are implementing free measures for the following disaster volunteer vehicles on the Expressway.
1．令和6年能登半島地震に伴う災害（富山県）
2．令和6年能登半島地震に伴う災害（石川県）
3．令和7年台風第15号に伴う災害（静岡県）

4．令和7年8月7日からの大雨による災害（鹿児島県）
5．令和7年8月10日からの大雨による災害（熊本県）
6．令和7年8月9日からの大雨による災害（福岡県）

In order to be eligible for the free measures for disaster volunteer vehicles, please access the "Disaster Volunteer Vehicle Expressway Certificate Issuing System (hereinafter referred to as" system ")" from the link below and enter the necessary information. In addition, please print out and bring the "Disaster Volunteer Vehicle Expressway Traffic Certificate" issued by the system. By submitting the certificate to the tollhouse staff, free measures will be applied to disaster volunteer vehicles.
From July 2021, the procedure has been changed to issue a certificate by the system. For details, please refer to Procedures (Changes) for Expressway Measures for Disaster Volunteer Vehicles.
Free Expressway measures for disaster volunteer vehicles when internet is not available
If you do not use the Internet, please follow the procedure below as before.
