Currently, we are implementing free measures for the following disaster volunteer vehicles on the Expressway.
1. Disaster caused by forest fires that began on April 22, 2026 (Iwate Prefecture)
Depending on the disaster volunteer center, there may be cases where the scope of recruitment is limited or pre-registration is required.
Please check the latest reception status from the reception status in the "Disaster Volunteer Vehicle Expressway Pass Certificate Issuance System".
2.令和6年能登半島地震に伴う災害(石川県)
3.令和7年台風第15号に伴う災害(静岡県)

In order to be eligible for the free measures for disaster volunteer vehicles, please access the "Disaster Volunteer Vehicle Expressway Certificate Issuing System (hereinafter referred to as" system ")" from the link below and enter the necessary information. In addition, please print out and bring the "Disaster Volunteer Vehicle Expressway Traffic Certificate" issued by the system. By submitting the certificate to the tollhouse staff, free measures will be applied to disaster volunteer vehicles.
From July 2021, the procedure has been changed to issue a certificate by the system. For details, please refer to Procedures (Changes) for Expressway Measures for Disaster Volunteer Vehicles.
