   We confirmed the survey policy based on the discussions at the 1st Expert Committee.
2. About maintenance measures associated with the shutdown of the shield machine
   In order to ensure safety when the shield machine is stopped, we have confirmed that the minimum necessary digging and regular cutter rotation are performed.
