At NEXCO EAST Utsunomiya Management Office (Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture), E4 Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter "Tohoku Expressway") Tsugani Shikata Parking Area (hereinafter "PA") is used for safer and more comfortable use of rest facilities. ) (In-bound line) parking lots will be barrier-free.
During the construction period, some parking lots will be restricted, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Restricted areas and period

   Tohoku Expressway Tsuga West PA (In-bound line)

   Monday, May 8, 2023 to late July, 2023 (planned)
   All day (24 hours)
• Depending on the progress of construction, the period may change. Also, on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during Golden Week, we do not carry out construction that restricts parking spaces.

2. Outline of construction

We will carry out barrier-free construction to eliminate the step between the parking lot and the sidewalk. Along with the construction, the parking area will be divided and construction will be carried out for each construction area. (You cannot park in the construction area.)
We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of Expressway.

• During the construction period, the work will be carried out in stages to minimize the impact on customers. Please pass through the parking lot according to the local information signs.

Due to construction work, part of the In-bound bound parking lot and EV quick charging stand cannot be used, but the following facilities are available.

The parking lot is expected to be congested during the construction period, so please consider using the surrounding service area (hereinafter referred to as "SA") / PA.
