The 2nd bond was underwritten

The second corporate bond (general collateral, independent administrative agency Japan Expressway holding and debt repayment mechanism superimposing debt underwriting clause) was issued on December 26, 2008. Japan Expressway Ownership and debt repayment mechanism will underwrite the debt and will be responsible for repayment jointly with East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.. We have confirmed that the Incorporated Administrative Agency Japan Expressway has been approved by the Holding and Debt Repayment Organization.
