- As of March 31, 2006,
1. Conclusion of an "Agreement" between Japan Expressway Ownership and Debt Repayment Organization (hereinafter referred to as "Mechanism") and Expressway Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Company")
2. Application for approval of “Business Implementation Plan” by the Organization and approval by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
3. Application for "Business Permit" by the company and permission of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
I did each. - With the above procedure, the Expressway business, which respects the autonomy of the company based on the privatization scheme, will start in earnest from April 1, 2006.
