In addition, Tochigi Prefecture boasts the best production of gourd in Japan, two types of thin sushi sushi that is seasoned with sesame oil, and the same simmered gourd is ninari sushi.

For the main dish, the precious "Ikkoku Noshu Dori" bred in Ashikaga and Kanuma, Tochigi Prefecture, is soaked in soy sauce, mirin, etc., and then yuzu is accented with yuzu to make a yaki-yaki.

In addition, the Nasu egg-raised egg stock, which is reputed to have a strong taste, is made with Tochigi prefecture's leek to make it rich and colorful, and there are plenty of contents such as Tochigi prefecture's yuba and root vegetables simmered. I will.
