NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will open the Hasuda Service Area (“SA”) In-bound line (Hasuda City, Saitama Prefecture), which will be the largest in NEXCO EAST at 13:00 on Monday, July 29, 2019. .

This SA is located in Saitama prefecture E4 Tohoku Expressway Iwatsuki Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC")-Kuki IC will be relocated about 2.5km from its current location in the Tokyo area.

The new Hasuda SA (In-bound line) will greatly expand the parking space by about 3 times and the size of commercial facilities by about 2 times compared to the current SA. The commercial facility will open as "Pasar Hasuda" (In-bound line).

"Pasar" is our flagship commercial facility that offers a wide variety of services to our customers by offering hot-selling shops and gourmet foods that can only be enjoyed there. "Pasar Hasuda" (In-bound line) is the 7th "Pasar".

"Pasar Hasuda" (In-bound the line), Expressway 's first appearance to become stores and SA · PA's first fresh zone "Shunsen market" which consists of fruit and vegetables, meat, fresh fish, etc., in a wide range of line-up, Expressway is available for the Customers and visitors from nearby areas can enjoy their meals and shopping.

"Pasar Hasuda" store

In order to meet a wide range of customer needs, 22 gas stations will be opened, including restaurants, food courts, cafes, bakeries, shopping, fresh produce, and convenience stores, including 11 stores that have not opened on the Expressway first time.

We welcome customers with a wide lineup, including menus that incorporate local ingredients and local specialty products, fresh zone "Shunsen Market", clothing, canvas bags and miscellaneous goods.

We will also install a parking lot for approximately 90 customers on the general road side so that customers from nearby areas can easily use it.

Disaster prevention equipment / functions

In the event of a large-scale disaster such as an earthquake directly under the Tokyo metropolitan area, we are strengthening our disaster prevention function to support our activities as a front base for emergency mobilization agencies. Parking Lot

In consideration of ease of use and safety for customers, we will set up signs that inform the usage status of parking spaces in real time at branch points in parking lots, etc. to guide customers smoothly.

  1. Regarding Hasuda Smart IC, we are conducting a preparatory survey toward the installation (full) of the entrances and exits of the upper and lower lines.
  2. Hasuda SA (Out-bound) and current Hasuda smart IC will not be relocated.
  3. Along with the closure of the existing facility, we will remove the current facility information sign on the main line. Please be careful when using the new facility, as the information signs for the current facility will remain on the main line from the opening of the new facility to the completion of the demolition work.

What's "Pasar"

It is a combination of "PA" for "parking area", "SA" for "service area" and "R" for relaxation, and also means "market" in Indonesian. As a new form of SA / PA, we would like to propose to our customers "a place where you can relax and take a break during the journey" and "a lively place where you can enjoy yourself during the journey".
