NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) elected directors and corporate auditors by a resolution of the 15th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, and at the Board of Directors Meeting held after the resolution of the said General Meeting of Shareholders, the following representative directors were selected.

Of the officers and personnel of the Company, the representative directors and auditors who need the approval of the competent minister are based on the Cabinet decision ("Current policy for personnel and officers of special companies" (May 18, 2010)) A committee has been set up for evaluation by a third party, and the committee has evaluated that he is qualified as an officer as shown in Attachment 1.
