3 Contents
- Snow road safe driving lecture
(Kenjiro Shinozuka will teach you how to drive safely on snowy roads!)
- Snow road safe driving practical skill class
(Kenjiro Shinozuka will sit in the passenger seat and teach you the snow-dried technique directly!)
4 Participation conditions
Those who have an ordinary driver's license or higher
Please join us in your own car. (It is not possible to ride in a child seat)
- If you do not have a car, we will prepare a training car.
(Caution) Please note that the content may be changed or partly canceled depending on the weather etc.
5 Number of participants
- Lecture About 100 people in each department
- Practical training 15 people in each department (30 people in total) *If there are many applications, it will be a lottery

Dr. Mammoshi
Born in Siberia. The age is 10,60 years.
It has been 10,000 years since I continued to study snowy roads.
He is an authority on all events in the snow country, and recently he has been devoting himself to research on the relationship between cars and snowy roads from the viewpoint of human safety.
Dr. Mammothi graduated from Amur University at the age of 22, when he was 22 years old.
After that, he continued his research centering on natural sciences such as meteorology and geology, and after earning his PhD at the age of 27, he specialized in snow road research.
