Hokkaido Regional Head Office
NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo City), some lanes at the exits of the Do-O Expressway Eniwa Interchange (IC), Noboribetsu Muroran IC and Date IC will be closed from mid-May due to installation work of the fare adjustment machine. I will let you know.
In addition, we will inform you that special vehicles with a vehicle width of more than 2.5 m cannot flow out at Eniwa IC and Noboribetsu Muroran IC due to this lane closure, during the closing period.
Customers other than special vehicles with a width of more than 2.5 m can flow out of the Expressway from an alternate lane.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

2 Requests and precautions in case of leakage
(1) Customers with special vehicles with a width of more than 2.5 m that are leaked at Eniwa IC or Noboribetsu Muroran IC
Eniwa IC and Noboribetsu Muroran IC, lanes with wider lanes will be closed. For this reason, During the closure period, special vehicles with a vehicle width of more than 2.5 m cannot be disembarked at Eniwa IC or Noboribetsu Muroran IC. Please use the front and rear ICs while the lane is closed.
(2) Customers of ETC vehicles leaked at Date IC
At Date IC, during the closing period, during normal times
The exit lane operating asSince it will be operated as a mixed lane, if the previous car is a regular car, it will stop once when paying. Please check ahead and slow down to prevent a rear-end collision.
Introducing location and scheduled time of charge adjustment machine
Currently, there are 62 toll gates on the Expressway in Honshu under our jurisdiction. This is the first time it has been introduced to Hokkaido, Operations are scheduled to start sequentially this summer.
It is planned to be introduced sequentially into the next four interchanges (ICs) by 2017
