The opening of the Tsurugashima JCT-Kawashima IC will shorten the time required for Yamanashi and Tokyo and improve access.
- Ken-O Road time required from Kawashima IC to the Chuo Expressway Hachioji JCT is, minutes from about 90 minutes to about 35 About 55 minutes It is shortened to about 1/3 compared to using Route 16/Route 254 and the Ken-O Road.
