Customers using the outer ring road (outer loop) east of Bijogi JCT should use the outer ring road (outer track) Toda East IC entrance and the Shuto Expressway No. 5 Ikebukuro Line Out-bound Toda IC entrance. In this case, the Shuto Expressway usage fee will not be charged.
