NEXCO EAST Taniwahara Management Office (Tsukuba Mirai City, Ibaraki Prefecture) was established on April 12, 2014 (Sat), Ken-o Expressway (Ken-O Road) Inashiki Interchange (IC)-Kanzaki Interchange ( In commemoration of the opening of the IC), the opening ceremony will be held at Inashiki Higashi IC and Kanzaki IC. In addition, we are also looking for the "first rider" customers who will be the first to use the IC that will be opened this time, so we will inform you as well.

3 Business start ceremony
5 people (waiting for pre-registration), which will be the "first ride" of each IC to be opened from NEXCO EAST this time from 14:30 on Saturday, April 12, 2014, in front of the gates at each toll gate. We will present a pass certificate and a souvenir.
(The customer with the first reception will be the first rider.)
4 How to apply for customers who want to participate in the opening ceremony
This time, we will hold the ceremony at two ICs at the same time, so please select the IC you want to ride first and apply in advance by the following method.
1) How to accept: Please come directly to the following.

Address: 1606 Tsutsudo, Tsukuba Mirai City, Ibaraki Prefecture (in the Joban Expressway Taniwahara IC)
- It is strictly forbidden to wait for the opening of traffic on the Inashiki Higashi IC, Kanzaki IC or on the Expressway main line.
- Notes: We do not accept telephone calls.
2) Reception hours: 9:00 to 17:00, excluding Saturday and Sunday from April 4 (Fri) to April 9 (Wed), 2014
Not limited to the above, each IC (Inashiki Higashi/Kanzaki) will be closed when the number of people reaches 5.
