2 Detour

During construction, the area between Ibaraki Airport North IC of Higashi Kanto Expressway and Ibarakicho JCT cannot be used.

1. Customers using the Ibaraki Airport North IC Kita-Kanto Expressway towards Utsunomiya

This detour will increase the time required by about 10 minutes, so please be sure to have enough time when going out.

3 Construction overview

Pavement repair work will be performed because the road surface of some bridges in this section is damaged. When carrying out the construction, it is necessary to stop the work because it is a temporary two-lane section, but to avoid inconvenience to customers as much as possible, we will close the traffic at night when traffic is low and concentrate the construction work. Implement efficiently.
