We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding and cooperation so that you may have some time when you go out.
1 Night closure locations and dates

- In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
- Construction will be judged at 17:00 on the day.
2 Detour
During the construction, you cannot use the ramp from Kita-Kanto Expressway to Joban Expressway.

3 Construction overview
Since the road surface of the Tomobe JCT lamp has been damaged, we will carry out pavement repair work. There is only one lane to carry out this work, and it is necessary to close the lamps before carrying out the work as it is not possible to secure a sufficient lane for vehicles.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps at night when traffic is light and carry out construction work intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that customers can use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
4 Regarding connection adjustment due to closure
For passengers who leave the Expressway once due to the nighttime closure, bypass the closed section, and then transfer to the Joban Expressway again, we will make a "transfer adjustment" to adjust the toll according to the section used. Attachment 2 [PDF: 192KB] reference

How to use transit adjustment
<ETC customers>- Please use the same ETC card for the entire toll gate that leaks once, the toll gate when transferring, and the final toll gate after transferring, and use the ETC wireless communication at both the entrance and exit. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
- ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one. The price display shows the amount before the price adjustment. The amount will be the amount after adjusting the fee when billing from a credit card company, etc. at a later date.
- Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "transfer certificate" at the outflow IC, then collect the "passport" at the re-inflow IC, and then make the "transfer ticket" at the toll booth that pays the fee first. Please give us your "certificate" and "passport".
5 How to obtain traffic information
(1) Information for closing at night- A notice signboard is posted on the IC.
- We will post posters and leaflets at toll gates and rest facilities around Tomobe JCT.
- A banner will be posted on the bridge over the northern Kanto road.
