NEXCO EAST Tokyo Outer Ring Construction Office (Nerima-ku, Tokyo), with the construction of the outer ring road of Tokyo, E17 Kan-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Kan-Etsu Expressway in") Oizumi junction (hereinafter referred to as "JCT"), in order to perform the bridges erection work, C3 The entrances and exits of the Oizumi Interchange (hereinafter "IC") on the Gaikan Expressway (hereinafter "Outer Ring Road") and the entrance of the Kan-Etsu Expressway Oizumi IC will be closed at night.
