　NEXCO東日本　加須管理事務所（埼玉県加須市）、谷和原管理事務所（茨城県つくばみらい市）、千葉管理事務所（千葉県千葉市）は、C4首都圏中央連絡自動車道（以下「圏央道」）白岡菖蒲インターチェンジ（以下「IC」）～大栄ジャンクション（以下「JCT」）間で舗装補修工事及び道路構造物の補修・点検を行うため、夜間通行止めを実施します。

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you may have some time when you go out.

1. Closed section and date and time

1. 通行止め区間
   圏央道（内外回り）白岡菖蒲IC～大栄JCT
   　A区間：白岡菖蒲IC～境古河IC
   　B区間：坂東IC～阿見東IC
   　C区間：阿見東IC～大栄JCT



• 各路線に付しているC4等の表示は高速道路等の路線番号（ナンバリング）を示しています。
2. Date and time

   Section A

   Implementation date: November 5th (Monday) to 7th (Wednesday), 2018, every day from 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning
   Preliminary days: Thursday, November 8th and Friday, November 9th, 2018, from 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning

   Section B

   Implementation date: November 12th (Mon) to 14th (Wednesday) 2018, 19:00 pm to 6:00 am the following day
   Preliminary day: Thursday, November 15th and Friday, November 16th, 2018 19:00 each night to 6:00 the next morning

   Section C

   Implementation day: Monday, November 19th and Tuesday, November 20th, 2018 19:00 each night to 6:00 the next morning
   Preliminary day: Wednesday, November 21, 2018 and Thursday, November 22, 19:00 on each day to 6:00 the next morning

2. Detour

When making a detour, please refer to the attached sheet below depending on the closed sections A to C.

Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.

3. Regarding transit adjustments due to suspension of traffic

　通行止めにより高速道路を一旦流出し、通行止め区間を迂回して、再流入して順方向に乗り継がれるお客さまには、ご利用区間に応じて通行料金を調整する「乗継調整」を実施します。（別紙-2【PDF：778KB】参照）

How to use transit adjustment

<< ETC customers >>

• Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow designated IC wirelessly and the re-inflow designated IC wirelessly. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
• ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
  Toll charges are adjusted at the time of billing, so they may differ from those displayed at the toll gate.

<< Customers for cash, etc. >>

• Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passage certificate" at the outflow designated IC, and then get the "passport" at the re-inflow designated IC, and then make the "transfer" at the toll booth that pays the fare first. Please give us your "certificate" and "passport".

Four. Construction overview

　圏央道　白岡菖蒲IC～大栄JCT間において、損傷した路面の舗装補修や道路構造物の補修・点検を実施します。

In order to minimize the impact on customers, we will close the roads during the night on weekdays when traffic is light and carry out construction work intensively and efficiently. Since this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

   • A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
