At NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), reverse run countermeasure work and road surface repair work are carried out at the entrance ramp of the E16 Yokohama Yokosuka Road (hereinafter "Yokosuka Road") Asahina Interchange (hereinafter "IC"). We will carry out a night closure to do so.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.

   Every day from 22:00 to 5:00 the next morning

2. Detour

Please refer to the figure below for the detour.
If you detour the Yokosuka Road Asahina IC ⇒ Konandai IC as shown by the blue arrow in the figure below, it will take about 13 minutes (usually about 4 minutes).
If you detour the Yokosuka Road Asahina IC ⇒ Horiguchi Nokendai IC as shown by the light blue arrow in the figure below, it will take about 14 minutes (usually about 5 minutes).
If you detour the Yokosuka Road Asahina IC ⇒ Zushi IC as shown by the orange arrow in the figure below, it will take about 17 minutes (usually about 5 minutes).
If you detour the Yokosuka Road Asahina IC ⇒ Shutoko Koura entrance as shown by the pink arrow in the figure below, it will take about 17 minutes (usually about 6 minutes).
The detour will take longer, so please leave plenty of time.

3. Construction overview

At the entrance ramp of the Asahina IC on the sideways road, we will carry out reverse-way driving countermeasure work (road marking, color pavement) to prevent reverse-way driving accidents on the Expressway and road surface repair work due to damage to the paved road surface.
The section where this work is to be carried out is one lane, and it is not possible to carry out the work under normal lane regulations when carrying out the work, so it is necessary to close the lamp and carry out the work. To avoid inconvenience to our customers, we will close the lamps on weekday nights when there is little traffic, and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
