At the NEXCO EAST Takasaki Management Office (Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture), pavement repair work will be carried out at the exit ramp of the E18 Joshin-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter "Joshinetsu Expressway") Out-bound line Fujioka Interchange (hereinafter "IC"). In order to do so, night lamp closure will be implemented.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you have plenty of time when you go out.

1. 1. Closing location and date and time

    October 11 (Tuesday) to 19 (Wednesday), 2022 [excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays]
    From 21:00 pm each day to 6:00 the next morning

  • In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
  • Construction implementation decisions will be announced on Twitter around 17:00 on the day.

2. Detour

Please refer to [Attachment-1] [PDF: 1.0MB] for the detour.
The detour will increase the travel time, so please allow yourself plenty of time before heading out.

3. Construction overview

Since the road surface is damaged at the exit ramp of the Joshinetsu Out-bound Fujioka IC, we will carry out pavement repair work. The section where this work is to be carried out is a single lane, and since construction cannot be done under normal lane regulations, it is necessary to work with the ramp closed.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed at night on weekdays when traffic is light, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway.

    The highway radio section is indicated by signs on the Expressway.

    We will inform you of road information in an easy-to-understand manner by the monitor screens installed in SA / PA.
