NEXCO EAST Tokorozawa Management Office (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture) will be closing ramps at night to carry out pavement repair work at the Ome Interchange (hereinafter referred to as the "IC") on the C4 Ken-O Road Ken-o Expressway (hereinafter referred to as the "Ken-O Expressway").
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when going out.

1. Nighttime ramp closure locations and dates

   November 18th (Tuesday) to November 20th (Thursday), 2020

   Every day from 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning

   Preparation day:

   November 25th (Tuesday) to November 27th (Thursday), 2020

   Every day from 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning

2. Detour

If you are using a local road from Ome IC, please use Iruma IC or Hinode IC, which are one stop before.
If you take the detour shown in the diagram below, it will take approximately 20 minutes (usually about 7 minutes) to travel between Ken-O Road IC and Ome IC on the Ken-O Road Expressway, and approximately 25 minutes (usually about 7 minutes) to travel between Hinode IC and Ome IC on the Ken-O Expressway.
The detour will increase travel time, so please allow yourself plenty of time when traveling.

3. Construction overview

At the Ome Interchange on Ken-O Road, pavement repair work will be carried out due to damage caused by aging. The section where this work will be carried out is a one-lane ramp, and since the work cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, the ramp must be closed to carry out the work.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will close the ramps during the nighttime hours from Tuesday to Thursday when traffic volume is low, and carry out the work intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary to ensure safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Four. How to obtain traffic information

(1) Guidance by distribution / posting

• Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
• A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
• On the day of the ramp closing, a detour sign will be installed at the main intersection of the detour.
