NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) has a heavy holiday in September [5 days from Saturday, September 19th to Wednesday, September 23th, 2015] due to traffic congestion in Niigata Prefecture. We have summarized the expected locations and their countermeasures.
1 Request for distributed use
- ◆ From September 19th (Sat) to 23rd (Wednesday), 5 consecutive holidays will start in September of this year. Traffic congestion similar to that of Golden Week I predict. Please use the traffic jam prediction information to disperse the customer's usage day and time before and after the traffic jam is predicted to occur.
- On Expressway Niigata Prefecture, during the period, Peak 5km or more Is predicting congestion.

2 Initiatives for congestion measures
Regarding congestion countermeasures, we will implement the following measures based on this traffic congestion forecast and past congestion situation. Also, in the past congestion period, small cars were parked in large car parking lots, which caused inconvenience to large car customers, and we plan to secure large car parking.
