NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) is committed to providing customers with safe, secure and comfortable use of Expressway. E49 Ban-Etsu Expressway Tsugawa Interchange (IC) and Niigata Chuo Junction (JCT), we will carry out night traffic closures for face-to-face sections due to pavement repair work and tunnel equipment inspections.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Route	Ban-Etsu Expressway
section	Vertical line between Tsugawa IC and Niigata Central JCT
Implementation period	September 4th (Mon) to September 8th (Fri) [5 nights] Preparatory days: September 11th (Monday) to September 15th (Friday)
Time	From 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning
Regulation content	Night traffic
Construction content	Pavement repair work and maintenance work
Remarks	The Aganogawa Service Area (SA), Gosen Parking Area (PA) and Niigata PA will be closed at 19:00 on both the up and down lines. The regulation period / time may be changed or canceled depending on the weather. For information on other construction regulations, etc., we will inform you on our website "DraTra" at any time.
