NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) is a idol unit "Negicco" from Niigata to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the opening of the Hokuriku Road and the 40th anniversary of the first opening of Expressway in Niigata Prefecture. Was appointed as the "Hokuriku Road Support Ambassador".
It should be noted that the commission period, from April 1 (Sunday) 2019 has become a up to March 31 (Sunday).
1 Role of “Hokuriku Road Support Ambassador”

We Negicco will be celebrating 15 years on the same day. Since the time of formation, Expressway has been really helpful to us both publicly and privately. There is no exaggeration to say "Expressway Idol".
I have been appointed as a support ambassador since last year, but this year, the second year, I would like to disseminate information about Expressway and sightseeing along the railway more than last year. Also, I would like to do a project involving the area with NEXCO EAST.

On July 20, 1988, the Hokuriku Expressway Asahi IC-Nate Tanihama IC was opened, and the Hokuriku Expressway Yonehara JCT-Niigata West IC was fully opened.
(2) Niigata Prefecture Expressway 40th anniversary of the first opening
The Hokuriku Expressway Nagaoka IC-Niigata Kurosaki IC opened on September 21, 1978, and the first Expressway was created in Niigata Prefecture.
Negicco Profile
