NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) E8 Hokuriku Expressway At the Joetsu Interchange (IC), some entrances will be closed due to pavement repair work.

We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as it is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of the Expressway.
