NEXCO EAST Shin-Etsu Construction Office (Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture) will hold the "8th Joshin Etsu Painting Exhibition" as a part of business promotion in collaboration with the local area.
This event will be the next generation E18 Joshin-Etsu Expressway Please join the children along the line, E18 It has been conducted every year since 2012 with the aim of deepening your interest in Joshin-Etsu Expressway and the 4-lane business.
We are pleased to inform you that we will start accepting paintings today, prior to this event.

3 exhibition
All submitted works will be displayed. In addition, 1 point of the highest award and 3 points of the award will be processed into panels, and after the exhibition, they will be exhibited in the "Highway Miraikan" exhibition room on the 2nd floor of the Joshin-Etsu Expressway Myoko Service Area (In-bound line).
