NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) and Nex-area Company Limited Tohoku Branch (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) will start on March 19th (Saturday) with the new Maanago Doraku (4 pages). 1,200 yen, 2,000 yen for 8 cuts (tax included) will be newly released.

We use "Mago eel" that is landed at Ishinomaki Fish Market from Sanriku coast, which is one of the most famous fishing grounds in Japan, off Kinkazan.

For this product, we carefully select only the best size for stick sushi, and use "Mako Confucius" that is carefully handled by hand, one by one, and plenty of chopped Confucius in the rice. The luxury sushi is completed.

A 4-piece product that you can easily enjoy with your drive. Please enjoy the new "Dora Bento", which has a lineup of 8 slices of goods that are appreciated as souvenirs and household items.

Introduction

We use "Mago eel" that is landed at Ishinomaki Fish Market from Sanriku coast, which is one of the most famous fishing grounds in Japan, off Kinkazan. We carefully select the optimum size for stick sushi, and carefully handle one soft and plump "Manako" by hand, one by one.

Shari is a paddy field located in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, and uses "Sasanishi", which is harvested without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. "Sasanishiki", which has a light and unique flavor and sweetness, has the characteristic that it does not lose its taste even when cooled, and is known as a variety suitable for rice.

There are plenty of carved conger eel inside the rice, and we have completed a luxurious sushi where you can fully enjoy the charm of conger eel.

Please enjoy the "Manako Doraku" made with the ingredients of Miyagi Prefecture.

Homemade whopping sea urchin from Ishinomaki, roasted it, then boiled it and applied a little bit of sauce.
We finished it as a wonderful stick sushi with a fragrant and deep flavor.
There are plenty of chopped eels in the rice, so it's a blast!
It is definitely recommended as a souvenir.
