NEXCO EAST Koriyama Administration Office (Koriyama city, Fukushima Prefecture) opened on October 1, 1997E49 Ban-Etsu Expressway Nishiaizu Interchange (IC)-Tsugawa IC is celebrating its 20th anniversary, and the 20th anniversary technical forum of Ban-Etsu Expressway opening with the theme of "challenge to new technology and transmission of knowledge (concrete pavement)" in Koriyama will be held.
