The construction will reduce the number of lanes that can be driven from 2 to 1 lane, so on the In-bound line between Ichinoseki IC and Hiraizumi Maesawa IC on the Tohoku Expressway the Iwate area, from 10:00 to 17 on June 14th, 20th to 21st A traffic jam of up to 1km (passing time: about 5 minutes) is predicted during the time. 4 Construction overview (Change)

With the construction of the Hiraizumi Smart IC between the Tohoku Expressway Ichinoseki IC and the Hiraizumi Maesawa IC, construction of the structure crossing the Tohoku Expressway has been completed.

Since this crossing structure was constructed by digging the Tohoku Expressway that is in use, it was constructed by bypassing the Tohoku Expressway Done, Out-bound line is restored to the current road. Restoration of the In-bound road to the current road is scheduled to take place after August 2020 (Obon season).

5 Requests for use
