　NEXCO東日本福島管理事務所（福島県福島市）は、E4東北自動車道　国見（くにみ）インターチェンジ（IC）～白石（しろいし）IC間に位置する塩川橋、斉川橋、大平橋の3橋において、老朽化した鉄筋コンクリート床版を新しい床版に取り替える工事のため、上下線各2車線の区間を各1車線に減少させ、片側に集約する終日対面通行規制を10月4日（月）から実施します。
　工事により走行可能な車線数を2車線から1車線へ減少させることから、東北道の国見IC～白石IC間の工事箇所付近において、休日に渋滞が予測されています。
　お客さまにはご迷惑をおかけしますが、当該区間を走行される場合、更なる安全運転に努めていただきますとともに、時間に余裕をもってお出かけください。また、休日に当該区間のご利用を予定されているお客さまにおかれましては、常磐道・東北中央道や一般道への迂回、お出かけ時間の変更または公共交通機関の利用についてご検討をお願いします。
　リニューアル工事は、高速道路を安全・安心にご利用いただくために必要な工事です。お客さまへのご迷惑を最小限とするように取り組んでまいりますので、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

2．通行規制期間および渋滞予測

（1）通行規制期間
　令和3年9月29日（水）～11月19日（金）（52日間）

• 工事の進捗状況により規制期間を変更する場合があります。

（2）渋滞予測
　工事期間中は、休日に最大で5km程度の渋滞が予測されています。渋滞の発生時間は上り線で16時から18時、下り線で10時から11時を中心に予測されていますので、常磐道・東北中央道や一般道への迂回、お出かけ時間の変更または公共交通機関の利用についてご検討をお願いします。

For the floor slab replacement work, the section of each of the two lanes on the upper and lower lanes will be reduced to one lane each, and will be consolidated on one side to implement two-way traffic restrictions throughout the day. During the first few days of the construction period, as a preparatory work for switching lanes, both the upper and lower lanes will be subject to continuous lane regulation day and night.

About 45 years have passed since the opening of the Shiokawa Bridge, Saikawa Bridge, and Ohira Bridge, which are located between the Kunimi IC and Shiraishi IC on the Tohoku Expressway Due to the salt content of the antifreeze spraying during the period, deterioration of the concrete floor slab and rust on the reinforcing bars have occurred, so it is necessary to carry out drastic anti-aging work.

1. 工事区間は約4.1kmにわたって終日対面通行規制を行います。現状の片側2車線から1車線へ減少となり、工事箇所を先頭に、最大で5km程度の渋滞が予測されていますので、常磐道・東北中央道や一般道への迂回、お出かけ時間の変更または公共交通機関の利用についてご検討をお願いします。
