However, as a result of recent hearings on the low bid price survey, it was found that the cost required for the construction work could be covered by other construction works, and inadequate events occurred in construction work other than low bidding. There are doubts about ensuring proper quality and ensuring safety.

From this, in order to ensure more appropriate quality of construction, the bid/contract system related to the low bid price survey system and comprehensive evaluation bidding system, etc. will be improved as follows, and will be applied from the construction in which bids are announced after September. 1 Strict measures against low bid prices

1-1 Setting of disqualification criteria in low bid price survey

2. Improving the construction stage
