NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) will hold a supplementary briefing session regarding the three earthquake-resistant reinforcement works in the Soka, Wako, and Kawaguchi areas of Gaikan Expressway, which were announced in the "FY2025 Ordering Outlook (Published on January 5, 2026)."

4. Eligible Participants

This briefing is aimed at companies that meet any of the following criteria for NEXCO EAST 's "Qualifications for Participating in Construction Competitions in 2025 and 2026".

1. Those who are qualified for the construction category "civil engineering repair work" and have a management evaluation score of 1,150 points or more
2. Those who are qualified for the construction category "bridge repair work" and have a management evaluation score of 1,100 points or more

5. How to apply

If you would like to participate, please fill out the special participation application form on NEXCO EAST website.

Application period

From 14:00 on Monday, February 9, 2026 to 16:00 on Friday, February 27, 2026

6. Important points to note regarding this briefing session

• Due to venue capacity, we will limit attendance to a maximum of two people per company.
• The result of your application will be sent to the email address you registered on the application form (automatic reply).
• Please note that if there are a large number of applications, we may ask one person per company to attend.
• We may contact you regarding adjusting the number of participants, so please make sure you are set up to receive emails from our domain, "e-nexco.co.jp."
• The materials to be used at the briefing session will be posted on NEXCO EAST website in the "Procurement Information Notice List" on Friday, March 13th. Materials will not be distributed at the venue on the day, so please prepare them in advance.
• This information session will not be streamed online.
• Please note that companies other than those listed above under "4. Eligible Participants" cannot participate.
• We will not provide any explanations regarding the bidding announcement, such as the eligibility requirements for participation in the competition or the bidding procedure schedule.
  Furthermore, even if you have any questions on the day, we will not be able to answer them as the tender has not yet been announced.
• Answers to the questions received on the day will be posted on NEXCO EAST website in the "List of Procurement Information Notices" section around the end of March.
• If a disaster or other emergency occurs on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, the event will be postponed to Monday, March 23, 2026. In that case, we will contact you by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 to inform you of the postponement via the email address you registered on the application form.
