NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku) has summarized the traffic conditions of Expressway in Hokkaido during the year-end and New Year holidays. (Target period: 2019 (2019) December 27 (Fri)-2020 (2020) January 5 (Sun) 10 days)

- The biggest traffic congestion was at 16:10 on Thursday, January 2nd, E38 7.3km generated due to traffic concentration near the Shimukappu Tunnel on the Doto Expressway (In-bound, towards Sapporo).
