Outer ring road (inner route) within the construction section Toda Nishi IC-Bijogi JCT saw a 43% (31,400) decrease in traffic compared to the same day of the same month last year. - (2) Status of detour use
While the traffic volume around the area increased by 5% compared to the same day of the same week last year, the traffic volume increased by 21% on the inner route of the Ken-O Road Expressway, which is a detour. From this, it is estimated that approximately 10,000 vehicles detoured around the time when the construction section was congested.
