NEXCO EAST Tokorozawa Management Office (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture) E17 Kan-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Kan-Etsu Expressway") in order to carry out the pavement repair work at the entrance ramp of Kawagoe Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC"), will be carried out at night closure.

1 Closed place and date
(1) Closed place: Kawagoe IC, Kan-Etsu Expressway (from Sayama area) Entrance ramp

2 Detour
If you are going to use the entrance of Kawagoe IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway from Route 16 Sayama, please use the detour below.
If you make a detour on Route 16, City or Prefectural Road 6, it will take about 16 minutes.
Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.
3 Construction overview
Kan-Etsu Expressway Since the pavement is being damaged at the entrance ramp of the Kawagoe IC, pavement repair work will be carried out.
The section where this work is done is one lane, and since it is not possible to carry out the work under normal lane regulations when carrying out the work, it is necessary to close the lamps before carrying out work.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps at night when traffic is light and carry out construction work intensively and efficiently. Since this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
4 How to obtain traffic information
(1) Guidance by distribution / posting- Notice signs and posters will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities in the surrounding area.
- A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
- On the day of closing at night, a detour sign will be installed at the main intersection of the detour.
