4 Pre-registration method for customers who wish to "first ride"

Customers who wish to take the "first ride" are kindly requested to come directly to the reception area on the following reception dates.
We do not accept calls or emails.

By lottery, lottery will be used to determine customers from "Car 1" to "Car 5", and a pass certificate and a souvenir will be presented.

4) How to decide from "Car 1" to "Car 5"

For customers who come directly to the reception area on the reception day and time of 1) above, "No. 1" to "No. 5" will be decided by lottery.

In addition, we will explain the method of gathering on the day of the business start ceremony after the lottery to the selected customers.

5) Notes

The Mobara Naga pattern smart IC is exclusively for ETC, so it is essential that the vehicle of the customer who wants to be the "first rider" can drive using ETC.

At the time of reception, we will check the driver's license, contact information, and the vehicle equipped with the ETC on-board unit that will be used on the day, and will provide details such as the meeting time and guidance method on the day of the business start ceremony.

Please be advised that it is extremely dangerous to wait for the opening around the Mobara Nagara Smart IC or on the main Expressway until the day of the ceremony, so it is strictly prohibited.
