On April 28th, regarding the shield machine of the main tunnel (south bound) that started from Oizumi JCT (Oizumi-cho, Nerima-ku), "Tokyo Outer Ring Road Concerning the stoppage of excavation in the main tunnel construction and repair status, etc." I just let you know.
After that, we excavated to the bottom end of the shield machine, removed the earth and sand in the chamber, confirmed and recovered the damaged parts remaining in the chamber, and repaired the cutter bit, stirring blade, etc. Since the repair has been completed, excavation work will be carried out only within the business site (land acquired by the business operator) from November 1st.
In excavation work, we will carefully confirm that recurrence prevention measures are functioning, and proceed with caution while paying close attention while monitoring the construction status and surrounding environment. In addition, when excavating outside the business site, we will set up a place to explain again.
