　埼玉県三芳町およびNEXCO東日本　関東支社（埼玉県さいたま市）が整備を進めてきた、E17関越自動車道（以下「関越道」）三芳パーキングエリア（以下「PA」）（上下線）に接続する三芳スマートインターチェンジ（以下「スマートIC」）の東京方面への入口及び東京方面からの出口が令和6年3月10日（日）15時に開通します。
　三芳PA（上下線）に接続されるスマートICについては、車長12m以下のETC車載器を搭載した全車種が通行できるようになります。
　なお、三芳スマートIC（上り線）は、これまでと運用方法が変更となり、三芳PA（上り線）立寄り後スマートIC（上り線）は利用できなくなりますのでご注意ください。詳しくは「別紙-1【PDF：155KB】」をご覧ください。

スマートICのご利用方法及び主要IC間の料金表については、「別紙-3【PDF：145KB】」をご覧ください。
Vehicle type restrictions (regular cars, light cars, and motorcycles with a vehicle length of 6m or less) will be lifted for the entrances and exits heading toward Niigata that are currently in operation.

NEXCO EAST Group positions the period from 2021 to 2025 as "a period in which we will contribute to the achievement of the SDGs and transform towards a new future society," and we are undertaking various initiatives.
This project, "Opening the Miyoshi Smart IC Tokyo-bound Entrance," is a business activity that will lead to the revitalization of the local economy and support for local medical care through the development and strengthening of Expressway networks. I think it will contribute to No. 9, No. 11.
