NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) E8 Tunnel reinforcement work has been implemented since October 2017 between the Meitetsu Tanihama Interchange (IC) and Joetsu IC on the Hokuriku Expressway (Out-bound line).
Construction will be suspended during the summer traffic congestion period, but construction will resume from Tuesday, August 21, 2018.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as it is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of the Expressway.
