NEXCO EAST Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) has a two-lane section (one lane on each side) between E46 Kamaishi Expressway Hanamaki Junction (JCT) and Hanamaki Airport Interchange (IC) (upper and lower lines) for pavement repair and traffic. We will close the road at night for safety measures.

5 Regarding transfer fare adjustment due to suspension of traffic

Passengers who flow out of the Expressway due to suspension of traffic, bypass the suspension of traffic, and then transfer again in the same direction, will make "transit adjustment" to adjust the toll according to the segment used.
