Haiway Jingai Net (NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office [Sendai City, Miyagino Ward], etc.) will open the "Highway Festa Tohoku 2023 ~Road connecting the region and the future~" will be held.
Local people from all over the six Tohoku prefectures connected by Expressway will gather to offer “things unique to the region,” such as local performing arts and local gourmet food, for the enjoyment of visitors and the appeal of the Tohoku region. This is an event to rediscover.
Approximately 900,000 people have visited the event so far, and we were able to celebrate its 20th anniversary. This year, we will prepare a “20th Anniversary Special Project” with gratitude, and hold a lottery where you can win luxurious prizes. In addition, we have various gourmet, amusement, and stage events, so please come and visit us after inviting your family and friends.

We sell Tohoku specialty products and delicious local gourmet food.
Among them, the "Tohoku local noodle corner" has a full lineup of "local noodles" from each prefecture. Find your favorite among the local noodles filled with delicious flavors from all over the Tohoku region!

In addition, you can experience riding aerial work platforms and patrol cars that work on Expressway, which you cannot usually see up close.
